ArceRojas Consultants was born on October 7, 1997, due to the initiative of David Arce Rojas, a lawyer with studies on petroleum legislation and a wide professional experience in mining, energetic and agro-industrial infrastructure projects. Today, as president of the company, he noticed that the market was missing a firm that helped enterprises establish themselves in the country and develop specific projects, with defined terms and resources. He started working with Jairo Javier Valenzuela, who is also a lawyer with a wide experience in handling relations and negotiations with the oil enterprises community. Together, they opened the firm with two employees, achieving their first contract with ECOPETROL, which consisted in the management of the real estate of the Boyacá and Santander gas pipelines. Currently, the company has an employment policy that allows it to maintain an important number of permanent positions and has helped it hire up to 80 temporary workers for its projects. Its list of clients includes firms with national and international relevance. Its billing has being increasing in the last few years, which allows it to have a hiring capacity of over 40.000 current legal minimum wages. This number allows it to have a wide participation in public and private tender offers.
